Shipping Policy

Khazana-e-Harbal

Khazana-e-Harbal currently ships within Pakistan only.

All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day.

Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 3–4 working days
  • Other Areas (including Sindh & Balochistan): Up to 7 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or courier delays. Khazana-e-Harbal is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies to all orders.

Payment Method

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.


Return & Satisfaction Policy

Khazana-e-Harbal

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If our hair oil does not work for you or does not meet your expectations, you may request a return.

However, the following conditions apply:

  1. The original bottle of the oil must be returned.
  2. The bottle must be sent back with its original packaging.
  3. The product must not be intentionally damaged, altered, or tampered with.
  4. Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

Khazana-e-Harbal reserves the right to reject a return request if:

  • The bottle is not returned.
  • The packaging is missing.
  • The product appears intentionally damaged or misused.
  • Fraudulent or repeated abuse of the return policy is suspected.

There is no fixed time limit for return requests; however, all return claims are subject to review and approval.


Refund Policy

Khazana-e-Harbal

If the returned product is reviewed and confirmed as eligible under our return conditions, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds are processed within 3 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued through an appropriate payment method agreed upon with the customer.

Khazana-e-Harbal reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the stated return conditions.


Damaged Item Policy

If you receive a product that is physically damaged during delivery:

  1. You must report the issue as soon as possible after receiving the parcel.
  2. The damaged bottle and packaging must be retained.
  3. Khazana-e-Harbal will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Khazana-e-Harbal is not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to mishandling, improper storage, or customer misuse.
